How Middle School is going so far

I am a 6th grader in middle school now. I love middle school. Right now my 2 electives are Choir and Band 1. I love to sing so that is why I am in choir. In band, I was a beginner so I was just figuring out what instrument I wanted to play. We tried every instrument that we could play except for percussion and bass. When I first walked into the band room, I wanted to play trumpet. Well, that didn't really work out for me. So, I decided to play the clarinet. I didn't think I would really like it until I tried it. Now, I love playing the clarinet, it is my passion. I am really good at it now too. Now, about my other subjects. I applied for a program called AIM. AIM is a program where in stead of having the normal 6th grade classes, you are in advanced classes. I really like AIM, but I do have a lot of work, confusion, and homework of course. For homework, I have about 2 1/2 hours of homework each night. Now that's a lot. So, in my classes, I have my best friend, Emi. We have the exact same schedule except for one class. That one class is 2nd period. That is when I have choir but she has art. I don't think she really likes art though. The 2nd semester just started, so we got our new electives. Like I said at the beginning, I got choir and Band 1. Band 1 is a full year elective. (Hopefully you can see why.) Last semester, I had Band 1, and Tech Computer Foundations. You have to take tech computer foundations sometime during middle school. I for a fact think that that rule is kind of stupid. Plus, to make matters worse, the class is really boring and the teacher is kind of mean. Well, thats all for now, middle school is really fun. Thanks for reading, BYE!
